On February 10, the "Outline of the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of Zhejiang Province" was released. The plan proposes expanding service consumption by accelerating the development of various sectors, including emotional consumption, community-based consumption, pet economy, inbound consumption, low-altitude consumption, automotive aftermarket consumption, and residential tourism consumption. It also promotes business models such as live-streaming e-commerce, instant retail, and interest-based e-commerce. The plan emphasizes fostering and expanding the "first-release economy," coordinating efforts for store openings, event debuts, scene creation, model innovation, and brand building. It calls for the integrated management of event intellectual properties, including the "ZheBA" and Zhejiang City Football League, to vigorously develop performance economy, event economy, ticket economy, and "exhibition-plus" economy. The plan strongly advocates for green consumption and supports the growth of second-hand economy and sharing economy. Additionally, it aims to optimize the supply of health consumption and deeply tap into the consumption potential of sectors such as accommodation and catering, domestic services, and elderly and child care.
