7月6日，毛记葵涌有限公司（01716）公告称，公司已于2026年7月6日（交易时段后）与迈时资产管理有限公司（独家整体协调人及独家配售代理）签订配售协议，拟以每股4.28港元的配售价，按尽力基准向不少于六名独立承配人配售最多54,000,000股新股份。配售股份占本公告日期已发行股份总数的20%，占配售完成后经扩大已发行股份总数的约16.67%。
