2026年9月9日，海尔智家（06690）公告称，公司当日回购A股与H股，其中A股回购75.00万股用于股权激励计划，约占该事件前已发行股本的0.01225%，回购价格区间为每股人民币21.23元至21.32元，合计支付1,596.58万元人民币。回购完成后，公司A股已发行股本减少至6,121,362,636股，库存股增至57,124,289股。
同日，公司还于香港联交所场内回购H股50.00万股，约占该事件前H股已发行股本的0.01752%。回购价格区间为每股港币20.94元至21.16元，合计支付1,054.01万港元。公司股东于2026年6月24日通过回购授权，允许回购股份总数为285,358,726股，截至目前已回购50.00万股。
公司在公告中确认，已遵守相关法规及香港联合交易所有关上市规则的规定。公告由公司秘书伍志贤签署。
