南华期货股份(02691)于2026年8月21日发布公告，称公司当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股H股合共97,500股，约占本次回购前公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数的0.0628%。回购价格介乎每股6.59港元至6.67港元，总对价约64.60万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）数量降至155,130,050股，库藏股数量增加至975,500股，公司已发行股份总数为156,105,550股。公告显示，回购授权于2026年7月16日获得通过，公司可根据该授权回购最多10,765,900股。截至目前，公司累计已回购975,500股，占授权通过当日已发行股份（不包括库藏股）数目的0.9061%，剩余可回购股份约9,790,400股。
公司确认此次回购行为符合香港联交所主板上市规则及适用的相关法律法规。公告由公司联席公司秘书马易升签署。
