中国碳中和集团有限公司（股份代号：01372）于2026年2月5日发布截至2026年1月31日的股份变动月报表。报告显示，公司注册股本保持在100亿股（面值每股0.01港元），法定股本总额维持1亿港元不变。
报告期内，公司已发行股份（不含库存股份）由642,960,000股增至674,960,000股，较上月增加32,000,000股。公司确认截至1月底仍符合香港联交所对上市公司公众持股量的要求。当月无购回、注销或库藏股变动。
