信铭生命科技（00474）8月5日发布公告称，由于需额外时间编制并纳入通函所载若干资料，公司将把通函寄发日期由原计划的不迟于2026年7月31日延后至2026年9月30日或之前。该通函拟载列认购协议及其下拟进行交易的进一步资料、独立董事委员会致独立股东的函件、独立财务顾问意见函件，以及召开股东特别大会的通告。
此次延迟前，公司已于2026年5月4日、5月26日及7月2日先后公告过相关延迟事宜。
