JANCO HOLDINGS (08035) has disclosed its annual financial results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The company reported revenue of HK$211 million, representing a decrease of 15.68% compared to the previous year. The loss attributable to the company's owners was HK$24.96 million, which widened by 35.61% year-on-year. This resulted in a loss per share of HK 4.16 cents.

The announcement stated that the increased loss for shareholders was primarily due to the combined effect of several factors. There was a decrease in gross profit from air and sea freight forwarding services, attributed to a reduction in both the tonnage of air cargo and the volume of sea freight handled by the group, alongside lower freight charges collected from customers. Gross profit from logistics and warehousing services also declined due to a decrease in the number of logistics clients.

Partially offsetting these declines was an increase in gross profit from e-commerce fulfillment services, driven by discounts offered to customers during the 2024 fiscal year. Administrative and selling expenses decreased, mainly due to reduced depreciation charges, a lower headcount, and decreased employee compensation costs in the 2025 fiscal year. The company also restructured its financing sources to minimize interest expenses. However, these positive factors were outweighed by an increase in the impairment loss on trade receivables.
