Pan Asia Data Issues Profit Warning: H1 2026 Earnings to Swing Between HK$1 Million Profit and HK$1 Million Loss

Pan Asia Data Holdings Inc. (Pan Asia Data) notified investors that its consolidated net result for the six months ended 30 June 2026 is projected to range from a profit of approximately HK$1.00 million to a loss of about HK$1.00 million. The midpoint of the guidance implies a near breakeven performance and contrasts sharply with the HK$9.47 million net profit recorded from continuing operations in the same period of 2025.

Management attributes the earnings contraction primarily to the absence of HK$10.17 million in one-off gains recognised in the first half of 2025, stemming from subsidiary deregistrations and lease terminations. No comparable gains are expected in the current interim period.

The figures are based on unaudited management accounts and may be subject to adjustment. Pan Asia Data plans to release its full interim results by the end of August 2026. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution in dealing in the company’s shares until the detailed results are published.
