Dow Futures rose 0.11%, S&P 500 Futures rose 0.11%, Nasdaq Futures rose 0.03% as sentiment leaned cautiously optimistic amid selective corporate headlines and telecom volatility.

Humana Inc. shares surged over 12% in overnight trading as the company improved its performance on crucial Medicare Advantage quality ratings that will boost future revenue.

The company’s largest Medicare Advantage contract with more than 2 million members improved its rating above the threshold to earn bonus payments, according to data released from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on Thursday.

Shares of CVS Health Corp. fell 2% in overnight trading, as ratings for some of its largest plans deteriorated.

SpaceX shares jumped 2.46% in overnight trading. SpaceX struck a deal on Thursday to acquire a nationwide low-band spectrum portfolio, positioning Elon Musk's satellite venture to mount a direct, orbital challenge to legacy wireless giants across the United States.

The deal also raises the stakes for legacy carriers, transforming satellite direct-to-device connectivity from a supplementary safety feature for remote dead zones into a full-scale commercial rival capable of unseating terrestrial cellular networks.

Shares of T-Mobile US, Verizon and AT&T fell around 6% in overnight trading.

Among other individual movers, Applied Optoelectronics climbed 2.12%, AST SpaceMobile, Inc. (ASTS) retreated 3.64%.
