浪潮数字企业技术有限公司（股票代码：00596）于2026年7月10日发布公告，披露当日公司在香港联交所场内回购股份，总数为100,000股，占公司现有已发行股本（不包括库存股份）的0.01%。本次回购每股最高价为2.55港元、最低价为2.42港元，回购总金额248,660港元，折合约24.87万港元。
公告显示，本次回购的股份将被列作库存股，用于未来员工期权激励计划。回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）为1,217,235,831股，库存股份增至4,620,000股，总发行股本则保持在1,221,855,831股。公司称，本次回购依据2026年6月17日获得通过的股份购回授权进行，授权范围可回购的股份总数为121,938,383股，迄今公司已在香港联交所或其他证券交易所合计回购2,148,000股，占购回授权决议通过当日已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数的0.1762%。
公司同时指出，相关回购行为符合香港联交所证券上市规则及当地适用法规。公告并称，鉴于此前进行的回购，将于2026年8月9日之前暂缓实施任何新增股票发行或库存股出售事宜。公告由公司秘书邹波签署。
