Yuzhou Group (01628) announced its October 2025 contracted sales amounted to RMB702 million, with a sales area of 55,488 square meters. The average selling price stood at RMB12,653 per square meter.
For the first ten months of 2025, the group achieved cumulative sales of RMB5.615 billion, covering a total area of 396,947 square meters. The average selling price during this period was RMB14,148 per square meter.
