CDL Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust and CDL Hospitality Business Trust announced that Independent Non-Executive Director Ms Cheah Sui Ling will resign from their boards and step down as Chairman of the Board Sustainability Committees as well as member of the Audit and Risk Committees and the Nominating and Remuneration Committees on Aug, 17 2026.

The trusts will appoint Ms Cheryl Seow Bee Lian as an Independent Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit and Risk Committees with effect from the same date.

Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Mr Yeo Wee Eng Vincent will take over as Chairman of the Board Sustainability Committees, while Independent Non-Executive Director Mr Richard Anthony Johnson will join the Nominating and Remuneration Committees and Board Sustainability Committees.

Post-changes, independent directors will continue to form the majority of each board, which will comprise Mr Chan Soon Hee, Eric; Mr Yeo Wee Eng Vincent; Mr Kwek Eik Sheng; Ms Eng Chin Chin; Mr Richard Anthony Johnson; and Ms Cheryl Seow Bee Lian.

The Audit and Risk Committees will consist of Ms Eng Chin Chin (Chairman), Mr Richard Anthony Johnson and Ms Cheryl Seow Bee Lian. The Nominating and Remuneration Committees will be made up of Mr Chan Soon Hee, Eric (Chairman), Ms Eng Chin Chin and Mr Richard Anthony Johnson, while the Board Sustainability Committees will comprise Mr Yeo Wee Eng Vincent (Chairman), Mr Chan Soon Hee, Eric and Mr Richard Anthony Johnson.

The boards thanked Ms Cheah for her service and contributions during her tenure.
