COSMOPOL INT'L (00120) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025. Revenue was HK$32.8 million, a decrease of 91.1% compared to the previous year. The loss attributable to owners of the parent company was HK$453 million. The basic loss per share was HK29.56 cents.

The announcement stated that China's overall property market remained weak throughout 2025, particularly in the commercial and retail segments. Amid this persistently challenging market environment, the sales progress for the remaining commercial and retail portions of the group's two integrated development projects in Chengdu and Tianjin was extremely slow. Due to pressure on property values, the properties for sale within these two development projects incurred a combined impairment loss of approximately HK$393 million. This had a significant adverse impact on the group's financial performance during the review year.
