网易云音乐股份有限公司（股票代码：09899）于2026年2月13日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司在当日回购92,000股普通股，并就早前股份期权计划发行750股新股。
根据公告，回购股份占回购前公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）的约0.04231%，每股回购价格区间为160.3港元至166.5港元，合计付出的价格总额为14,958,289.2港元。公司同时根据首次公开发售前股份奖励计划行使股份期权，发行750股新股，占回购前已发行股本的约0.00034%。完成以上变动后，公司已发行股本增至217,367,873股，库存股份增至514,600股。
公告显示，该次回购依据公司于2025年6月25日通过的回购授权进行，授权剩余可回购股份数为21,739,953股。截至目前，公司已通过香港联交所或其他交易所回购183,050股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约0.0842%。公司确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及其他相关法律法规。
