百融云创（于开曼群岛注册成立的不同投票权控制的有限公司，股票代码：06608）于2026年2月2日发布翌日披露报表，宣布于当日于香港联交所回购28.5万股B类普通股，占回购前公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）约0.0623%。回购价格区间介乎每股11.09港元至11.27港元，平均每股约11.2015港元，总金额约319万港元。公告刊发后，公司已发行股份总数保持397,452,732股，其中包括383,749,232股在外流通股份以及13,703,500股库存股份。
公司于2025年5月30日通过现行股份回购授权，最高可回购46,654,089股。截至本次回购后，目前已累计回购约14,314,500股，相当于授权通过时已发行股份总数的3.0682%。百融云创表示，所有回购及披露程序均符合香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规要求。该公告由公司执行董事、主席兼行政总裁张韶峰签署。
