Wah Wo Holdings Group Limited released a supplemental announcement to its FY-2024/25 annual report, clarifying key mechanics of the company’s share option scheme in line with Hong Kong Listing Rule 17.09.
Key details are as follows:
1. Eligible Participants • Full-time or part-time employees, consultants, advisers, directors (executive, non-executive and independent), substantial shareholders, and external partners such as distributors, suppliers, agents, customers and other service providers deemed beneficial to the Group’s long-term growth.
2. Option Acceptance • Participants must return a signed acceptance letter and a HK$1.00 consideration within seven days from the offer date.
3. Exercise Period • Options may be exercised at any time during a period set by the Board, commencing on the offer date and ending no later than 10 years from that date, subject to early termination provisions.
4. Vesting Terms • Unless otherwise specified in the individual offer, no minimum holding period is required before options become exercisable.
The company emphasized that all other information in the FY-2024/25 annual report, published on 30 June 2025, remains unchanged. As of 15 April 2026, the Board consists of two executive directors—Mr. Chen Yuet Wa (Chairman) and Mr. Chan Fai—and three independent non-executive directors: Mr. Yu Chi Wing, Ms. Ding Xin and Mr. Yeung Yiu Man.
