Many Idea Cloud Holdings Limited announced on March 5, 2026, the appointment of Mr. Zeng Xiangyun as an Executive Director and co-chairman, and Ms. Shi Zhan as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

Mr. Zeng, aged 44, will serve a three-year term starting March 5, 2026, subject to rotation and re-election requirements as stipulated in the company’s articles of association. He brings over two decades of private equity, investment banking, and corporate law experience, including roles at Affirma Capital and Standard Chartered Private Equity. He will receive a yearly remuneration of HK$240,000.

Ms. Shi, aged 48, will also serve a three-year term beginning March 5, 2026, with the same rotation and re-election arrangements. She has served in management roles in Australia and will receive a yearly remuneration of HK$150,000.

Both appointments can be terminated by either party with three months’ written notice. The company confirmed that neither new appointee has any relationships with existing directors or substantial shareholders, nor do they hold other positions within the group. The board extended its welcome to both individuals for joining the leadership team.
