据报道，名创优品已聘请摩根大通和瑞银协助其子公司TOP TOY在香港进行首次公开募股（IPO）。此举旨在扩大融资渠道，推动TOP TOY业务发展。具体上市时间和募资规模尚未披露。
华鑫证券此前发布研报称，作为集团旗下的潮玩品牌，TOP TOY于2024年12月布局全球业务，2025年Q1实现收入3.4亿元，同比增长59%，门店扩张是收入增长主要驱动力，目前门店总数达280家，同比净新开120家。相关数据显示，TOP TOY全球旗舰店的月流水超过500万元，远超此前单店最高300万元的月流水纪录。同时，自2024年年末以来，推出的三丽鸥、迪士尼等多款搪胶毛绒产品销售额突破千万元，且在TOP TOY海外销售的占比高达35%。平均门店数量快速增长，叠加产品持续推新，TOP TOY有望成为集团第二增长曲线。
