Appointment of Chan Koon Fatt as Executive Director at Superrobotics

Superrobotics (HKEX: 08176) has announced changes to its board of directors.
Mr. Feng Zheng and Mr. Xue Wei have stepped down from their respective roles as an executive director and an independent non-executive director.
Concurrently, the board has appointed Mr. Chan Koon Fatt as an executive director, with the appointment taking effect from June 30, 2026.
Furthermore, Mr. Chan Koon Fatt has also been appointed as the chairman and a member of the nomination committee and the remuneration committee, effective from the same date, June 30, 2026.
