Shenzhen Investment Holdings Bay Area Development Company Limited announced that Non-Executive Director Ms. Siyan Chen has resigned, effective 24 October 2025, due to other work allocation. According to the announcement, Ms. Chen has confirmed she has no outstanding claims against the company and no disagreement with the board. She is not aware of any matters requiring further attention.
The company also disclosed the appointment of Ms. Xiao Yang as Non-Executive Director, effective on the same date. Ms. Yang, aged 41, has over a decade of experience in infrastructure-related corporate investment and financing. She joined Taiping Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. (now Taiping Capital Insurance Assets Management Co., Ltd.) in June 2015 and has held senior positions, including deputy general manager of debt investment. She currently serves as a deputy general manager at Taiping Poly Investment Management Company Limited, overseeing insurance fund investment and fund business. Ms. Yang obtained a PhD in Economics from the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in December 2024 and will receive an annual director’s fee of HK$350,000, subject to shareholder approval. The board welcomed Ms. Yang’s appointment, noting that she has no relationship with other board members or major shareholders and no directorship in other listed companies within the past three years.
