归创通桥医疗科技股份有限公司宣布，董事会建议就截至2025年12月31日止年度派发每股人民币0.22元（含税）的末期股息，按现有已发行股份数计算，预计派息总额约人民币74,202,891.40元（含税），占公司2025年度普通股股东利润的约30%。该建议仍有待公司2025年股东周年大会批准。
公告显示，末期股息以人民币计值及宣布，其中内资股及H股“全流通”所对应的H股股息将以人民币支付，其他H股股息将以港元支付，具体汇率以2025年股东周年大会日期前五个工作日中国人民银行公布的平均汇率为准。若提案获股东大会通过，股息将于2026年6月18日（星期四）或之前派发给2026年6月2日（星期二）名列公司股东名册的股东。
为确定股东收取该末期股息的资格，公司将于2026年5月29日（星期五）至2026年6月2日（星期二）期间暂停办理股东过户登记手续，记录日期为2026年6月2日（星期二）。所有过户文件及有关H股股票须不迟于2026年5月28日（星期四）下午四时三十分送达公司H股过户登记处。公司将于稍后刊发包含本次末期股息派息方案及其他经2025年股东周年大会审议决议事项的通函。
