Eugene Quan (Mr. Quan) has tendered his resignation as the company secretary of KWG LIVING (03913) and will concurrently step down from his roles as (i) the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules; and (ii) the company's authorized representative for receiving legal process and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) and Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) (collectively, the Authorized Representative roles), effective January 31, 2026.

Jiang Jiahui (Ms. Jiang) has been appointed as the Company Secretary and an Authorized Representative, effective from January 31, 2026.
