UNITAS HOLD Subsidiary Inks Deal with China Unicom Macau for AIGC Platform Development

UNITAS HOLD has announced that its subsidiary, Huixun Zhilian Co., Ltd., has recently entered into a service contract with China Unicom (Macau) Operations Limited for the construction of the "AIGC Creative Hub Outbound Platform."

Under the terms of this agreement, the two parties will collaborate to advance the development and operation of this platform. The initiative is designed to merge AIGC technology, a creative content ecosystem, cross-border computing power, and international market resources, with the goal of establishing a globally competitive digital creative industry platform. This platform will support the international expansion of Chinese culture and digital content.

The project is slated for phased implementation from 2026 through 2028. Key stages will encompass platform system construction, the integration of computing resources, the establishment of an intelligent agent community, and the overseas operation of content distribution.

The board of directors believes this collaboration is beneficial for the group's strategic positioning within the artificial intelligence generated content and digital creative industries. It is seen as a step that will further the group's expansion into the international digital cultural market, aligning with its long-term development strategy and serving the overall interests of its shareholders.
