Tilray Brands（纳斯达克：TLRY；多伦多证交所：TLRY）宣布，已收到纳斯达克证券市场有限公司（Nasdaq）的书面通知，确认公司重新符合《纳斯达克上市规则》第5450(a)(1)条规定的最低买入价要求。为实现合规，公司股票需连续十个交易日收盘价不低于1.00美元。
根据纳斯达克通知，Tilray股价在2025年8月13日至8月26日期间连续十个交易日收盘价均高于1.00美元，满足最低买入价规定。至此纳斯达克已结束对该事项的审查。
