Recently, Jiaxing achieved outstanding results at the finals of the 10th "Maker China" and "Zhejiang Good Projects" Small and Medium Enterprise Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. The Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology received the "Outstanding Organization Award," and three finalist projects stood out among over 2,000 innovation and entrepreneurship projects across the province, winning two second prizes and one third prize.
This competition serves as a vivid illustration of innovative Jiaxing. The "Intelligent Wire-controlled Chassis Key Technology Development and Industrialization" project by Zhejiang Xinke Transmission Technology Co., Ltd., located in Tongxiang City, won the second prize in the enterprise category.
Xinke Transmission's project features a breakthrough integrated architecture combining "axial flux motor + coaxial planetary gear reducer + 1000V silicon carbide control system," achieving chassis control solutions with higher power density, faster response speed, and superior energy efficiency. Through this innovative design, the independent drive wire-controlled chassis not only adapts to passenger and commercial vehicles but can also extend to autonomous driving, intelligent logistics, and specialized vehicle applications.
The project involves a total investment of 600 million yuan, planning to build production lines capable of manufacturing 200,000 intelligent wire-controlled chassis units annually. The facility layout includes electric drive assembly workshops, wire-controlled actuator workshops, integrated die-casting workshops, and complete vehicle integration testing centers.
At the competition finals, Xinke Transmission's project secured a credit line of 40 million yuan. "Autonomous driving cannot bypass intelligent wire-controlled chassis technology. The company began developing this technology five years ago, and now our independent drive wire-controlled chassis is ready for industrialization. This is a large-scale project, and we participated in today's roadshow hoping to find ecological partners," said Li Guodong, Chief Engineer of Xinke Transmission, expressing his satisfaction with the credit approval.
The "Intelligent High-efficiency Integrated Electric Drive System" project by Aihua (Zhejiang) Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., located in Pinghu City, won the second prize in the startup category.
This project is primarily applied in electric vehicles, electric ships, humanoid robot joint systems, electric-assisted bicycles, and photovoltaic-storage-direct-flexible systems. Currently, the humanoid robot high-explosive rotational joint system has completed multiple rounds of prototype testing and verification. In 2024, it successfully undertook tasks for the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's future industry initiatives and is conducting prototype joint debugging and small-batch delivery with multiple robotics companies.
The "Flexible Photovoltaic Bracket and Smart Operation and Maintenance System" project by Huiyao Pinshang Energy Technology (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. won the third prize in the enterprise category.
This project's flexible photovoltaic bracket pioneered a rigid-flexible hybrid multi-boundary multi-variable prestressed structural model, leading innovative research on system stress, rigid-flexible structural strain, wind vibration dynamic response characteristics, and fluid-structure coupling mechanisms. The independently developed key wind-resistant structural system, through static load and aerodynamic aeroelastic wind tunnel tests, constructed a three-cable flexible bracket system capable of withstanding Category 14+ strong winds with a service life exceeding 25 years. The project is currently in industrial application.
These high-quality projects, each with unique capabilities, demonstrate their strengths and inject powerful momentum into Jiaxing's development of new productive forces, fully showcasing the synergistic effects and strong momentum of Jiaxing's industrial upgrading.
