Coliwoo Holdings Limited (W8W) said on Nov, 17 2025 that it will open Coliwoo Midtown in the first quarter of 2026, its first project since the company listed on the Singapore Exchange Mainboard on Nov, 6 2025.

The six-storey mixed-use development at 141 Middle Road will combine serviced suites, co-working areas, two commercial kitchens with a shared dining space, and a gym featuring instructor-led training and an ice-bath facility. Target residents include young professionals, corporate clients, expatriates, digital nomads and students seeking medium- to long-term stays.

Coliwoo Midtown expands the group’s city-fringe cluster, adding to existing locations in Keppel, Beach Road and Orchard. The company said the newly opened Coliwoo Bukit Timah Fire Station has reached close to 95% occupancy since its Sep, 2025 launch, underscoring demand for flexible accommodation.

A resort-style chalet at 159 Jalan Loyang Besar is slated to be the next major opening in Coliwoo’s development pipeline.

Maybank Securities Pte. Ltd. acted as Issue Manager and Global Coordinator for the initial public offering.
