回购股份占当日变动前已发行股本约0.02%。其中，美国市场回购价格介乎每股55.65美元至56.45美元，合计付出约2,999,982.32美元；香港市场回购价格介乎每股433港元至438.2港元，合计付出约7,723,920.69港元。上述新股发行价格为每股56.43美元。完成相关变动后，公司已发行股本(不包括库存股份)由354,082,054股降至354,037,020股。
公司回购行为基于2025年5月23日获通过的购回授权。截至目前，已在包括本交易所在内的各证券交易所合计回购20,964,181股，占授权当日公司已发行股本的5.63%。公司确认已遵守香港联合交易所主板上市规则及相关法律规定。
