华和控股（09938）6月15日发布盈利预告称，基于对截至2026年3月31日止财政年度的未经审核综合管理账目之初步评估，预计本财年将录得不少于约1.8百万元的除税前亏损，而上年度同期则录得约24.0百万元的除税前溢利，业绩实现由盈转亏。
公司指出，利润下降主要受以下因素影响： 1. 建筑及配套服务分部受现有项目处于不同进度阶段所致，毛利减少约8.2百万元； 2. 投资物业的公平值亏损增加约1.7百万元； 3. 行政开支增加约5.8百万元，主要源自董事及员工薪金与花红； 4. 减值亏损拨备的回拨减少约8.7百万元。
上述数据尚未经公司核数师及董事会审计或审核，最终业绩将载于公司计划于2026年6月29日发布的年度业绩公告中。
