大中华控股（00021.HK）3月25日晚间发布盈利预警称，经对截至2025年12月31日止年度未经审计综合管理账目进行初步评估，预计期内将录得约1.45亿至1.60亿港元亏损，而上年同期则为盈利约0.17亿港元，业绩实现由盈转亏。
公司指出，业绩转负主要受到以下因素拖累： 1. 物业销售收入同比减少约0.72亿港元； 2. 金融负债年度汇兑录得约0.42亿港元亏损，去年同期则为汇兑收益约0.27亿港元； 3. 投资物业公平值亏损约0.38亿港元； 4. 录得商誉减值亏损约0.45亿港元。
公司表示，目前年度综合业绩仍在编制中，相关数据尚未经核数师审阅，最终结果可能有所调整；正式业绩预计将于2026年3月31日前后披露。
