同日，公司依据首次公开发售前购股权计划向参与人授予并发行1万股新股，占截至发行前已发行股本的约0.00138%，发行价格为每股0.18054港元。上述回购及发行完成后，公司已发行股本由725,322,593股变更为725,232,593股，库藏股数升至12,427,600股，总股份数为737,660,193股。公司确认已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。本次公告由联席公司秘书刘宪娜签署。
