Nanofilm Technologies strikes off dormant subsidiary

Nanofilm Technologies International Limited (MZH) announced on Apr, 10 2026 that its wholly owned unit, Miller Technologies Pte. Ltd., was struck off Singapore’s Register of Companies with effect from Apr, 9 2026.
Miller Technologies had been dormant since Dec, 31 2024, and its removal is not expected to have any material impact on Nanofilm’s consolidated earnings per share or net tangible asset value per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.
The company said none of its directors has any direct or indirect interest in the striking-off, other than through their shareholdings in Nanofilm.
