百胜中国控股有限公司(09987)于2026年8月14日发布公告，披露公司于2026年8月13日在香港联交所以及纽约证券交易所分别回购股份，并同时发行新股。
公告显示，公司当日于香港联交所场内回购22,650股普通股，占回购前已发行股本约0.01%，每股回购价于每股372.40港元至377.20港元之间，涉资约850.91万港元；同日于纽约证券交易所回购69,253股普通股，占回购前已发行股本约0.02%，每股回购价在每股47.26美元至48.28美元之间，涉资约330.00万美元。另有根据公司长期激励计划新发行10,274股普通股，每股发行价47.24美元。前述交易完成后，公司已发行股本合计342,608,663股，库藏股数量为0。
回购授权于2026年5月28日获股东大会通过，公司可回购的股份总数为34,664,620股。截至目前，公司已于不同交易所回购4,952,277股，占授权通过当日已发行股本总数约1.43%。公告表示，本次回购符合香港联交所主板上市规则以及相关法律法规。公告由联席公司秘书张玲签署。
