公告显示，此次回购完成后，公司已发行股本从2026年5月26日的461,155,242股降至460,984,442股，库藏股数量由1,007,200股增至1,178,000股，总已发行股份则保持462,162,442股。根据股东于2025年6月5日通过的购回授权，移卡可回购的股份总数为46,161,644股。截至本次回购结束，已在交易所或其他证券交易所回购股份合计632,000股，占购回授权通过当日公司已发行股本数目的约0.1369%。
公司方面确认，本次回购符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法规的要求。公告由董事刘颖麒签署。
