Fire Rock Holdings Limited reported no changes to its share structure in the Monthly Return for Equity Issuer covering the period ended 31 May 2026.

The authorised share capital remained at HKD 20.00 million, representing 1.20 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.0167 each. There was neither an increase nor a reduction in the authorised amount during the month.

Issued share capital was steady at 242.82 million ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares. Consequently, total issued shares also stayed at 242.82 million.

Management confirmed that the public float complied with the Main Board’s minimum threshold of 25% of issued shares as at 31 May 2026.

The filing recorded no movements under share option schemes, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments, indicating that no dilution events took place during the month.

The return was signed by Joint Company Secretary Li Zijuan and submitted to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 2 June 2026.
