本次交易的买入价格区间为每股26.32港元至26.68港元，总成交金额约264.94万港元，对应股份占已发行H股总数约0.03%。
截至公告披露日，受托人自2026年6月25日至2026年7月7日期间已累计购入700,200股H股，占已发行H股总数约0.18%，累计耗资约1,801.18万港元。所购股份将以信托方式持有，用于未来根据H股股份激励计划向合资格参与者授出奖励股份。
公司董事会表示，将根据H股股份激励计划的实施进度，不时检讨并在酌情情况下决定进一步购股及授予奖励股份的具体安排。
