Homeland Interactive gains 93.88%–100% shareholder backing on all AGM resolutions

Homeland Interactive Technology Ltd. held its annual general meeting on 12 June 2026 in Hong Kong. All seven resolutions—six ordinary and one special—were approved by poll with affirmative votes ranging from 93.88% to 100.00%.

Key voting statistics • Shares in issue: 1.28 billion • Treasury shares: 9.98 million (non-voting) • Shares held by scheme trustee: 84.25 million (abstained) • Shares eligible to vote: 1.19 billion

Board matters • Executive Director Su Bo was re-elected with 100.00% support (41.31 million votes). • Independent Non-executive Director Hu Yangyang secured re-election with 98.81% support (40.82 million votes). • Directors’ remuneration mandate passed unanimously (100.00%).

Audit and auditor • Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu was re-appointed as external auditor, receiving 94.25% approval (38.94 million votes).

Capital mandates • 10% share-repurchase mandate: 100.00% approval (41.31 million votes). • 20% share-issuance mandate and its extension: 93.88% approval (38.78 million votes).

Corporate governance • Amendments to the memorandum and articles of association were adopted as a special resolution with 100.00% support, comfortably exceeding the 75% threshold.

All directors attended the meeting either in person or via teleconference, and Tricor Investor Services acted as scrutineer.
