阿拉木图，哈萨克斯坦，2025年11月28日 -- 2025年3月27日，股份公司Kaspi.kz（“Kaspi.kz” NASDAQ: KSPI）与Rabobank集团签署了购买协议，涉及购买Rabobank在土耳其的子公司Rabobank A.。
该交易的完成仍需获得必要的监管批准，并满足所有惯例的交易条件。我们现在预计该交易将在2026年中期完成。
