Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (ICBC), stock code 1398, will hold its second extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of 2025 on Friday, 28 November 2025 at 2:50 p.m. at its Head Office in Beijing. Attendees will consider the 2025 Interim Profit Distribution Plan, which includes a recommended cash dividend of RMB0.1414 per share (pre-tax) for the period ended 30 June 2025, as well as the Group’s Financial Bond Issuance Plan for 2026.

Holders of H Shares registered by close of business on 24 November 2025 will be eligible to attend the meeting. If the profit distribution plan is approved, the dividend is expected to be paid no later than 26 January 2026 to shareholders on record as of 12 December 2025.
