截至2026年6月30日，集团剩余合同总额为5.45亿港元，较2025年12月31日的5.60亿港元小幅下降。期末净现金为1.47亿港元，流动比率为3.1，高于2025年末的2.9。

经营活动净现金流出0.5百万元，较上年同期的4.3百万元显著收窄。董事会决定不派发中期股息。

集团表示，将继续专注优质项目筛选与成本管控，并跟进法律诉讼及受限制银行结余额的后续进展。截至公告日，相关或然负债总额约为2.3百万元。
