五菱汽车集团控股有限公司（00305）7月9日公告称，原计划于2026年7月10日或之前寄发的有关2026年至2028年智能物流产品框架协议的通函，将延迟至2026年7月13日寄发。
公告显示，该通函内容包括： 1. 2026年至2028年智能物流产品框架协议及其项下的销售（零部件）交易、采购（成品）交易及建议年度上限； 2. 独立董事委员会致独立股东的函件及其推荐建议； 3. 独立财务顾问就框架协议及建议年度上限向独立董事委员会及独立股东出具的意见； 4. 股东特别大会通告。
公司表示，通函延迟寄发的主要原因是尚需更多时间进行准备工作。
根据此前6月10日公告，智能物流产品框架协议的年期自2026年6月10日起至2028年12月31日止，用以规范元控与五菱新能源之间的相关交易。
截至本公告日期，五菱汽车董事会成员包括执行董事袁智军（主席）、朱凤艳及宋伟；非执行董事李正；以及独立非执行董事叶翔、徐劲力及刘介明。
