Wharf Real Estate Investment Company Limited (Wharf REIC) has published its 2025 Annual Report, a circular on director re-election and general mandates for share buy-back and issuance, the accompanying proxy form, and its 2025 Sustainability Report.

Both English and Chinese versions of the documents are now accessible in the “Financial Reports” and “Circulars & Others” sections of the Investor Relations page on www.wharfreic.com, as well as on the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The 2026 Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, 12 May 2026, at 11:15 a.m. in the Centenary Room, Ground Floor, Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel, 3 Canton Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Non-registered shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications by email should liaise with their custodians or brokers. Those preferring printed copies must complete and return a Corporate Communication Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via email to wharfreic-ecom@vistra.com. Requests remain valid until publication of the next annual report.
