Cirrus Aircraft (2507) Announces Changes to Joint Company Secretary and Principal Place of Business

Cirrus Aircraft Limited (the “Company”), together with its subsidiaries, announced that Ms. Hoi Ting Wong has resigned from her roles as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Process Agent, effective February 10, 2026. The board expressed gratitude for Ms. Wong’s contributions and confirmed that she had no disagreement with the board and there were no matters needing further attention.

Mr. Chun Kit Chan has been appointed to succeed Ms. Wong in those positions, also effective February 10, 2026. Mr. Chan, who serves as an external service provider, will work jointly with the other Joint Company Secretary, Mr. Wei Pi. Mr. Chan has over 15 years of experience spanning company secretarial duties, compliance systems, and financial management.

In conjunction with these appointments, the Company received a waiver from strict compliance with Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules for the remainder of an existing waiver period. Under this approval, Mr. Chan will assist Mr. Pi in fulfilling ongoing company secretarial requirements. Should there be no further compliance issues, the Company may seek confirmation that no additional waiver is needed after the current period.

Additionally, the Company announced a change of its principal place of business in Hong Kong. With effect from February 10, 2026, the new address will be Unit 2, 7/F., Tung Ming Industrial Building, 3 San Yick Lane, Tuen Mun, Hong Kong.
