德信服务集团（02215）于2026年5月6日公布截至2026年4月30日的证券变动月报。公司注册股本维持50,000,000港元，普通股法定数量保持在5,000,000,000股，每股面值0.01港元。期末已发行股本（不包括库存股）仍为917,881,000股，与上月一致。
月报显示，当月并无新增发行股票或股份注销，也未有股份库存变化。此外，基于此前的公司回购记录，2024年5月29日曾分别以每股1.8001港元、1.7291港元、1.7403港元和1.6068港元回购共计35,318,000股，以及2025年5月29日以每股0.76港元回购了270,000股；上述回购股份至报告期末尚未进行注销。公司同时披露，此前于2021年6月21日通过的购股权计划下，仍有最多100,000,000股普通股可供行使或转让，截至本月并无相关期权行使记录，未影响股本规模。
