本次回购于香港联合交易所有限公司进行，每股回购价介乎每股港币78.75元至81.65元，总金额约为港币1,923,420元。公司指出，该回购授权由股东于2025年5月29日通过，授权剩余可回购股份数量为49,167,523股。截至目前，自该回购授权获通过以来，公司合计已回购447,600股，占授权通过当日已发行股份总数的0.091%。
公司同时确认，回购流程符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律要求。公告由执行董事黄一孟签署。
