China Renewable Energy Investment AGM: All Resolutions Secure 99.80%–100% Support

China Renewable Energy Investment Limited reported that every agenda item at its 5 June 2026 annual general meeting passed comfortably, with shareholder approval ranging from 99.80% to 100.00% on a poll basis.

Key outcomes • Financial statements & reports: Adopted with 100.00% of the 1.90 billion votes cast in favour. • Dividends: Both the final and a special dividend for the year ended 31 December 2025 were approved unanimously. • Board composition: Directors Mr. Oei Kang Eric, Mrs. Oei Valonia Lau and Mr. Cheng Yuk Wo were re-elected, each securing 99.99% support. • Auditor: Moore CPA Limited was re-appointed, with remuneration to be set by the board; 100.00% of votes supported the motion. • Share mandates: – General issue mandate—authority to issue new shares up to 20% of existing share capital—received 99.80% approval. – Repurchase mandate—authority to repurchase up to 10% of shares—was backed unanimously. – Extension mandate—allowing unused repurchase capacity to be added to the issue mandate—passed with 99.96% support. • Directors’ remuneration: Board authorised to fix directors’ fees, with 100.00% approval.

Voting base The company had 2.51 billion ordinary shares outstanding, all eligible to vote. No shareholder was required to abstain under Hong Kong Listing Rules. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services acted as scrutineer.

All seven directors attended the meeting either in person or via electronic facilities.
