Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. – H Shares has declared a final cash dividend for its CATL HK SDR 30-to-1 programme. Based on the underlying share dividend of RMB 1.411—equivalent to HKD 1.629—and the SDR ratio of 1 underlying share to 30 SDRs, the gross distribution is HKD 0.05430 per SDR.
After a 10 % withholding tax of HKD 0.00543 and a 1 % corporate action fee of HKD 0.00049, the net dividend stands at HKD 0.04838 per SDR. Converted at an exchange rate of 6.18104, the final payment to investors will be SGD 0.00783 per SDR. The SDR trades ex-dividend on Aug, 06 2026, with a record date of Aug, 07 2026, and the payment is scheduled for Sep, 08 2026.
