浙江太美医疗科技股份有限公司（“太美医疗科技”，股份代号：02576）于2026年7月22日公布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司当日在香港联合交易所回购30.74万股H股，占回购前现有已发行股本约0.16%。
此次回购价格介乎每股5.45港元至5.77港元，合计付出约170.63万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数保持在200,592,533股，其中已发行股份（不包括库存股份）由197,483,133股减少至197,175,733股，库存股份增加至3,416,800股。
据公告，太美医疗科技于2026年6月23日通过购回授权，可购回股份总数为20,017,153股，截至目前已累计回购2,995,800股，约占购回授权通过当日公司已发行股本的1.5%。公司确认本次回购已经遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
