CITIC Resources Holdings Limited announced on 30 April 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report and the accompanying circular—covering proposals for general mandates to repurchase and issue shares, the re-election of retiring directors and the notice of the forthcoming annual general meeting—have been posted on both the company’s website (http://resources.citic) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to access the online documents but may obtain printed copies free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed request form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 1205-ecom@vistra.com. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local returns.

Investors holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries can opt for electronic delivery by supplying a valid email address to those intermediaries. Without a functional email on file, notifications of web-based publication will instead be dispatched in hard-copy form.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
