Dmall Inc. (DMALL) disclosed a share repurchase on 8 October 2026, acquiring 1.63 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 8.38 and HKD 8.55 per share. The transaction cost HKD 13.92 million, implying an average price of approximately HKD 8.53 per share.
The buyback reduced the company’s issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) to 863.25 million from 864.88 million, a 0.19% decrease. Concurrently, treasury shares rose to 74.97 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 938.22 million.
The purchases were executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises DMALL to repurchase up to 88.37 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 21.17 million shares, representing 2.40% of the outstanding shares at the time the mandate was granted.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, DMALL is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 7 November 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase.
The company confirmed that the transaction was duly authorised by the board and carried out in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
