TSH Resources Berhad (TSH) reported that it repurchased 80,000 of its own shares on Feb, 03 2026 at prices between MYR 1.230 and MYR 1.240 per share, spending a total of MYR 99,322.09.
All 80,000 shares acquired have been retained as treasury shares, lifting the company’s cumulative treasury holdings to 118,797,900 shares, or 8.59731% of its issued share capital of 1,381,802,509 ordinary shares.
